Axess RFID Lift Ticket Information

What is an RFID ticket?
We use the Axess AG Smart Card system. It’s contactless, so gates read your card automatically for hands-free access.

How do I get my Axess RFID card?
After your online purchase, scan your QR code at a Pick-Up Box or see the ticket window to receive your reusable RFID card.

What is a WTP number?
It’s the 14-digit Web Ticket Purchase number printed on the back of your card. You’ll use it to reload online.

How do I reload my card?
Reload online at calabogie.com
or visit the Adventure Centre for assistance.

How should I carry the RFID card?
Keep it by itself in your left jacket pocket. Don’t store it with phones, wallets, or metal objects that may block the signal.

Does my RFID card expire?
No. The card can be reused every season. Only the lift ticket products loaded onto the card have specific validity dates.

What’s the replacement fee for a lost or damaged card?
A small replacement fee applies. Please visit the Adventure Centre.
