Our Mission
Calabogie Peaks’ mission is to provide the best overall resort, and recreational skiing and boarding experience possible within an enjoyable and safe environment.
We believe mountain sports are for everyone!
We are committed to promoting an inclusive environment by preventing and removing barriers for persons with disabilities and allowing all guests the equal opportunity to access our goods and services in the same place and in the same way.
Adaptive Skiing & Snowboarding
We are proud partners with Canadian Adaptive Snow Sports – National Capital Division.
Calabogie CADs provides adaptive ski/snowboard learning opportunities to disabled children and adults emphasizing safety, fun, and learning (in that order). They seek to build awareness and self-confidence in individuals who in many cases would be shut-ins during the winter months.

Communication
We communicate with people with disabilities in ways that consider their disability. When asked, we will provide information about our organization and its services, including public safety information, in accessible formats or with communication supports (i) in a timely manner, taking into account the person’s accessibility needs due to disability; and (ii) at a cost that is no more than the regular cost charged to other persons. We will consult with the person making the request in determining the suitability of an accessible format or communication support.
Service Animals and Support Persons
We welcomes people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal (documentation required) on the parts of our premises that are open to the public, if the animal is not otherwise excluded by law.
Service animals are not permitted on the chairlifts, as per our standard operating procedures.
If you require a service animal that is restricted from an area or activity on-resort, please inquire with Guest Services to determine if an alternative arrangement can be made.
We are pleased to offer a complimentary ticket to access Calabogie Peaks’ ski lifts, lessons, and attractions for 1 Support Person when accompanying a person with a disability who may require additional assistance. Tickets can be requested in person from Guest Services. Calabogie Peaks recognizes the Access 2 Card.
Hotel
Calabogie Peaks Hotel has available rooms with accessibility features.
