Private & Group Snow School Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: You may request a one-time reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice before the lesson start time. Changes requested within 48 hours may be possible depending on availability and will incur a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations & No‑Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson start time, late arrivals (15+ minutes), and no‑shows are non‑refundable and not eligible for credit.
Programs & Camps Snow School Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: With at least 14 days’ notice before the start date, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the start date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Missed Days
Guest‑initiated absences (including illness, travel, or other conflicts) are not refundable, not creditable, and not eligible for make‑up days.
Weather
Lessons operate in most weather conditions. No refunds or credits are issued for weather, snow conditions, or partial‑day operations. In the event of a Resort‑mandated closure, the Resort may, at its sole discretion, reschedule the lesson or issue a credit or partial credit.
