Ticket Use
Lift tickets are valid only for the date(s) purchased and for the individual they were issued to. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and will not be reissued if lost, stolen, or unused. Guests may be asked to show photo identification at any time to confirm ticket ownership.
Refunds & Weather
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather, snow conditions, or partial-day closures. In the rare event of a Resort-mandated full-day closure, the Resort may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit, partial credit, or reschedule for another date.
Safety & Conduct
All guests must follow Resort rules, staff directions, and posted signage. The Resort reserves the right to revoke lift access without refund for unsafe conduct, reckless behavior, or failure to comply with safety instructions.
RFID Cards
RFID cards remain the property of the Resort and must be returned upon request. Damaged, altered, or defaced cards may be subject to a replacement fee. RFID technology is used for access control, safety, and to prevent unauthorized use.
Privacy & Media Use
Security cameras and RFID tracking are used to support guest safety and Resort operations. By visiting the Resort, guests consent to photography and video recording on-site and agree that such images may be used by the Resort for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.
Responsibility
Guests assume all inherent risks associated with skiing, snowboarding, and other mountain activities. By purchasing a lift ticket, guests acknowledge and accept that these activities involve elements of risk that may result in personal injury or property damage.
Modifications
The Resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
