Pass Privileges. Passes are valid for lift access for the winter season purchased, subject to weather and the following terms & conditions:
All passes (except the Almost Anytime Season Pass) are valid all operating hours.
The Almost Anytime Season Pass is valid weekdays, except Christmas & New Year’s week, Family Day & March Break.
Child 6 & under passes are available if the passholder is 6 or under as of Dec 31st and is always accompanied by an adult when using resort facilities.
Season Length and Operating Hours: The mountain is normally open from mid-December to the end of March. Lift operation is from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm unless otherwise noted. Resort facilities operate daily at the discretion of management. There are no refunds or compensation if operations are cancelled or suspended due weather, snow conditions, limited terrain or mechanical failure of equipment. The length of the winter season and daily hours of mountain access are dependent on weather and snow conditions. Individual runs may be closed on a temporary basis for safety reasons or for event purposes.
Liability Waiver: All passholders are required to sign a Release of Liability Agreement. A parent or legal guardian must sign for pass holders under 18 years of age. A copy of the Release of Liability can be found at www.calabogie.com
Display of Passes: Season passes must be worn visibly and secured by the passholder. Split rings are provided and recommended for attaching to jacket zippers. Passes must not be attached to pants, gloves or hat. Protection of the pass from loss or damage is entirely the responsibility of the passholder. Passes must not be altered in any manner and must be presented for inspection at lift gates and to any resort employee on request. Improper use of a pass or failure to follow mountain safety rules will result in confiscation and cancellation of the pass without refund.
Forgotten Pass: Passholders must not access mountain facilities without their pass. If you forget your pass, visit the Adventure Center and you will be issued a lift ticket for the day. If you forget your pass a second or more times, you will be required to purchase a day ticket.
Lost Pass: If you have lost your pass, contact Calabogie Peaks immediately at programs@calabogie.com or call 800-669-4861 x 1710. Please include your first and last name, date of birth and e mail address in the email or phone message. The next time you visit, we will print you a new pass. The first time your pass is lost, the replacement cost is $39. After that, replacement passes must be purchased at the publicly posted rate.
Conduct: Passholders agree to abide by these Season Pass Terms & Conditions and Calabogie Peaks’ “Alpine Responsibility Code”. Passholders also agree not to teach skiing or snowboarding at Calabogie Peaks for remuneration and not to allow the use of their pass by any other person. If a pass is found in use by a person other than the rightful passholder, the pass will be revoked without refund and the passholder may be barred from the resort facilities for the entire season.
Refunds: Season Passes may not be cancelled and are not refundable or transferable. We encourage you to buy season pass insurance to protect your investment.
Compliance: Breach of these Terms & Conditions is a serious offense.
