Have Questions? We’ve Got You Covered

Skiing and snowboarding in Ontario is fun, challenging and very diverse- but it doesn’t have to be confusing. Here are some of the commonly asked questions we receive, and their answers. If you still have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What if I forget my pass?

Visit the Adventure Centre and you will be issued a lift ticket for the day, for a $5 Media Fee. If you forget a second or more times, you need to buy a lift ticket at the regular price.

Can I have my pass mailed to me?

Passes are never mailed out. If you reload your RFID card with a Season Pass, it can be taken directly to the chairlift for your first day of skiing. If you do not yet have an RFID card you can pick it up by scanning your QR code voucher at the Pick Up Box outside the Adventure Centre.

How do I get my pass?

You can pick up your pass at the Adventure Centre when the season opens in December, or scan your QR Code at the outdoor Pick Up Box.

What does RFID mean?

Our lift tickets have been upgraded to RFID technology, which allows you to reuse the same pass year after year and skip a $5 media fee. This aligns with our green goals and loading them online lets you skip the ticket line.

I heard of a passholder who loaned his pass to a friend and got caught. What happens?
