Front Desk Representative

Job Objective: To provide exceptional administrative and customer service at Calabogie Peaks Resort Front Desk.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work all shifts primarily including evenings and weekends and holidays as needed
  • Able to have a flexible schedule and available on short notice
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills – can think on their feet
  • Courteous and professional mannerisms
  • Strong communications skills -- oral, written & phone
  • Efficient and detail oriented
  • Strong administrative, computer and data entry skills
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Take lodging, vacation ownership, restaurant and other resort amenity reservations
  • Vacation Ownership Processes including payment of fees and inquiries
  • Sell tickets, rentals and resort amenities
  • Going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Greet guests upon arrival at the resort; register and check in - out lodging guests and provide information/respond to questions from all Resort visitors
  • Market, promote and up sell Resort products – lodging, events, recreation programs, packages, tickets
  • Answering phone & switchboard; data entry
  • Responsible for complete knowledge of Resort’s products, business processes and sales software
  • Administrative duties as required
